Complaints Procedure

Any complaint about a commercial decision taken by a lender should be referred to the lender. All lenders have their own appeal or complaints procedure. The DTI is unable to intervene in these cases. Complaints about the administrative operation of the Scheme should be directed to the DTI Loan Guarantee Unit at the address here. Refusals by listed lenders to discuss the Scheme should also be directed to the DTI.
