Print Postage Online with Royal Mail's SmartStamp®

Saving time and maintaining a professional image are important to any business.

We all know the frustration of having to rummage around drawers and cupboards to find a stamp or finding the time for constant stamp licking so we can send a letter.

With Royal Mail's SmartStamp®, however, you can now benefit from printing your postage online from the comfort of your desk - and it can even help to give your mailings that professional-looking edge to boost your mailing campaigns.

An important benefit of SmartStamp® for small and medium-sized businesses is that mail can be personalised by printing a company logo (or a marketing message) along with the postage and address. And, because you can mail-merge your address databases using SmartStamp®, larger mailings like direct mail campaigns are also easier.

SmartStamp® makes it easy for you to keep track of how much you spend on mail, because all postage that has been printed is recorded online in your SmartStamp® account.

You can view and print out a statement whenever you need it. And, because SmartStamp® works by topping up your account (you choose how much to put in and you'll be alerted when funds are running low) it's ideal if you're looking to keep to a specific budget.

SmartStamp® is a subscription service, so you pay a monthly fee of £4.99 every month or £49.99 a year, on top of postage costs. But then you're free to print postage onto envelopes or labels, whenever you need them.

All you need is a PC, access to the internet and a printer.
