How often should you back up?

How often you need to back up depends on how often you use your computer or make changes to your files.

If you amend a database just once a week then you will only need to make a new copy of this file on a weekly basis, however if you use your computer every day and are creating new documents or regularly amending existing files then it's a good idea to make a backup copy of these changes at the end of each day.

It is important to have "an up to date" back up copy of your information available.
