A Guide to Display and Exhibition Solutions
Types of Display Systems
– Pop up System
These are telescopic displays mostly boxed in a small sized wheeled container. The frame is aluminium and the average size is 3m long and 2.3m high in a concave formation. Graphics are hung on the frame, it looks neat and tidy and is quick to install. The downside is that it can not be installed if the ceiling height is lower that 2.3m and if one of the graphics is damaged or out of date all the graphics have to be replaced. They are not particularly flexible if you have an odd shaped space.
– Pole and Panel Systems
This system is a series of supported poles attached to display panels. The system is capable of sizes ranging from 2m high by 1m long to 5m high by 20m long. It is a very flexible system and can be fashioned into many interesting shapes. The addition of doors, cupboards and storage space can make a most impressive exhibition stand. Graphics are attached using velcro and if one of the graphics needs to be replaced it is a simple process.
– Modular Systems
This is a system of supported aluminium poles between which the graphics are supported by means of an allen key fixing. This is an effective flexible display which can be easily adapted for other exhibition uses.
